Lowered Surface Tension
Water that has lowered surface tension accelerates the transfer of water into the cell, via passive transport. Passive transport moves water across the cell membrane without using any of the cell’s energy.
Dr. Warburg discovered that by dehydrating the cell, in effect, depriving the cell of 35% of it’s oxygen requirement, the cell does not die, but de-evolves into an undistinguished single cell. Single cells use fermenation to survive. The cells expels acid, eats sugar, and ferments. This describes cancer. You have heard cancer patients should not be eating sugar that feeds their cancer.
Dr. Warburg (read more at misteroxygen.com), states that cancer dies in the contact of oxygen. What brings oxygen to the cells? Water. Water with less surface tension has a better delivery system to bring water to the cells in order to kill cancer cells.

Water. What are you going to flush the body with? Water. Right. Water is the universal solvent. The American Indians had to wash away the acid in order to eat the acorns. Today we have toxins and poisons in our food, air, and water. We need to drink good, pure, clean water, E-Water everyday.
Lose Weight
The body retains fluid. One gallon of excess fluid weighs eight pounds. You want to lose eight pounds, then eliminate one gallon. You want to lose 16 pounds, then eliminate two gallons of excess fluid stuck inside your cells.
